To conveniently sell your items by mail, see the instructions below. To set up an appointment at our main Jericho, NY office, call ( 516 ) 465 - 2109. Please call for available hours at our other three convenient customer locations (Selden, NY; Bayshore, NY and Manhattan, NY).

Most rare coins and precious metals are traded back and forth by using the US Postal Service or FedEx. Our coin consultants will provide you with the information needed to enable you to safely ship us your coins. You will also learn how you can lock in your price with your delivery confirmation.

Please follow these easy steps when sending bullion, coins or stones to Empire:

1) Prepare an itemized inventory of all items you wish to sell. Duplicates, etc. should be grouped together.

2) Include any pertinent history such as grading information, individual coin highlights, etc.

3) Call us toll-free at 516 465 2109 and speak with one of our buyers. If your coins are certified by PCGS or NGC, we can provide a sight-unseen buy price range before you ship. Upon inspection, it's quite possible that we would offer more then the sight-unseen quote.

4) Confirm your shipment by email to Empire5252@aol.com or with your Empire consultant at 516 465 2109 or fax at 516-731-0098. You must receive our acknowledgment and a P/O number before sending any items.

5) Include your name, address and daytime telephone number with your package, along with any price quotations.

6) Ship via Registered Insured mail. If you have insurance with another carrier you may use them but do not write any words including "coins" or "gold" on the outside of the package.

7) Send to Empire: 366 N Broadway Lw4 Jericho N.Y. 11753. We will telephone you with our offer within 48 hours. Our payment (company check) will be sent to you immediately upon your acceptance of our offer. In the unlikely event our offer is not accepted, your material will be promptly returned. All information concerning your sale is held in strict confidence.
